At Lee’s Fitness Unlimited, we believe in empowering the next generation with more than just physical strength—we’re cultivating discipline, respect, and confidence in every young student who walks through our doors.

Our Youth Martial Arts Program is designed to do just that.

More Than Kicks and Punches—It’s About Life Skills

Through the art of Kajukenbo Wun Hop Kuen Do—a hybrid martial arts system combining Karate, Judo, Kenpo, Kung Fu, and Boxing—our youth classes teach foundational self-defense while shaping character and mental resilience. Students learn how to move with purpose, protect themselves with control, and grow into leaders both on and off the mat.

Every class is built to challenge, motivate, and uplift.

From basic stances and blocks to partner drills and forms, students progress at their own pace under the guidance of SiHang Mike Lee—a certified instructor with over a decade of experience in both martial arts and youth mentorship.

What Makes Our Program Different?

At Lee’s Fitness Unlimited, martial arts is more than a sport—it’s a rite of passage. Our program emphasizes:

  • Self-Discipline & Focus: Kids develop concentration and control that translate into better performance in school and at home.
  • Confidence Building: Each student is encouraged to overcome challenges, celebrate progress, and stand tall in who they are.
  • Respect & Humility: Through martial arts etiquette and teamwork, students learn the value of honoring others and themselves.
  • Physical Fitness: Classes incorporate strength, cardio, and mobility training to develop well-rounded athleticism.

A Safe, Positive, and Family-Oriented Environment

As a family-run business, we understand the importance of community and care. Our youth martial arts classes are a space where kids feel safe, seen, and supported.

Whether your child is shy and needs a confidence boost or full of energy and needs structure, our program meets them where they are.

We keep class sizes small to ensure quality instruction and personalized attention.

Who Can Join?

Our Youth Martial Arts Program is open to kids ages 8–17, with beginner and intermediate level classes offered weekly. No prior experience is necessary—just a willingness to learn and grow.
