Music isn’t background noise in training—it’s a tool.

Over the years, I’ve paid close attention to how rhythm, tempo, and energy affect movement quality, conditioning output, and mental focus. The right music can sharpen footwork, regulate breathing, and help athletes stay locked in when fatigue sets in.

That’s why I’ve officially released a new LFU Training Playlist—built specifically for boxing, conditioning, and focused training sessions.

Why I Created This Playlist

Most workout playlists are made for hype.
This one was made for work.

Every track was selected with training intent in mind:

  • Consistent tempo for rounds and intervals
  • Enough energy to drive output without rushing movement
  • Clean focus—no distractions, no chaos

This is the type of music I actually use during:

  • Boxing rounds
  • Heavy bag work
  • Conditioning circuits
  • Solo training sessions
  • Focused gym workouts

It’s designed to help you move with rhythm, stay composed, and train with purpose.

How to Use This Playlist in Your Training

This playlist runs just over 30 minutes, which makes it ideal for structured sessions. Here are a few simple ways to use it:

Option 1: Boxing Rounds

  • 3–4 minute rounds
  • 1 minute rest between rounds
  • Use the beat to stay relaxed and fluid, especially when tired

Option 2: Conditioning Circuits

  • Rotate between strength, cardio, and core movements
  • Let the music pace your effort—not the clock

Option 3: Focused Solo Work

  • Shadowboxing
  • Footwork drills
  • Jump rope
  • Mobility and cooldown work

The goal isn’t to move faster—it’s to move better.

Where to Listen

The playlist is available now on Audius, where I’m building out LFU Training Audio as a growing library of music designed for training—not just listening.
